CNN Explainer
CNN Explainer is an interactive browser-based tool built at Georgia Tech that makes the inner workings of convolutional neural networks visible. It loads a pretrained Tiny VGG model and lets you upload or select any image, then animates how each convolution, ReLU, and pooling operation transforms that image into a final class prediction. Hover over any feature map to see exactly which filter produced it and which input region it responds to. Use this tool to build intuition for why early layers detect edges and colors while deeper layers recognize shapes and object parts.
